Hilary Cole
Hilary is a PORTFOLIO FINANCE DIRECTOR with a 30 year track record of working alongside entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries, enabling them to create, grow, manage and successfully exit their businesses. Following qualification at KPMG London and FD positions at Virgin Games and GT Interactive Software, Hilary's career as an Investor and FD has covered all aspects of the SME experience from start-up to exit. Since selling her long term investments in Intent Media and Curve Studios, Hilary has specialised in project work with a particular emphasis on start-ups, preparation for exit and the management of the due diligence process.
Nigel Watts-Morgan
An OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISING Chartered Accountant, for the last 20 years Nigel's career has focused on helping entrepeneurial SMEs to grow and move to the next level. Since training at KPMG with Hilary, Nigel's focus has been on all aspects of setting up businesses and their infrastructure including overseas offices. Nigel has operated at Board level in a variety of roles including CFO, COO and Divisional CEO. His commercial experience has proven invaluable in the successful growth of these companies.
